1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.naijaradar.ng (the "Site" ,"us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Naijaradar Ltd.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Age: You must be at least 16 years old to subscribe to paid services.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Fees: All subscription fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices are not inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment Gateways: Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers such asPaystack, Stripe , or Flutterwave. Naijaradar does not store your full card details.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled via your account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds: In accordance with the FCCPA, refunds are generally not provided for partially used subscription periods, except in cases of service failure or as required by Nigerian law.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

• Data Collection: We collect data necessary for providing services, processing payments, and improving user experience.
• Security: We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access.

5. Marketing and Communications

• Opt-In: By creating an account, you consent to receive newsletters and promotional offers.
• Opt-Out: You can withdraw your consent for marketing at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails or updating your preferences in the Cookie Settings.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in "web scraping" or unauthorised data harvesting
• Posting defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content about us

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved via mediation.
• If unsuccessful, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Nigeria.
